This Women in Music Sydney event is on the hot topic of music publishing!
It will be a panel style conversation that will cover everything you have ever wanted to know about music publishing. As it is one of the most complex areas of the music industry, we have called on four experienced and respected speakers that will debunk the ownership of songs. They will explore what publishing really is, and how publishers develop, protect and value music and the future of recording artists. If you have ever wanted to know more about music publishing, this is the event for you, as it will give you the chance to hear from some of the industry’s leading professionals. As always, there will be fantastic networking opportunities for all attendees!
The conversation will be moderated by Milly Petriella (APRA AMCOS) and the panel will consist of Rachel Kelly (Downtown Music), Jana Gibson (APRA AMCOS), Leonie Conley (Specific Music) and Arwen Hunt (UMPG AU/NZ).
CEO and Co-Founder ofJaxsta(a proud sponsor of Women In Music), Jacqui Louez Schoorl, will be hosting the night. The event is at APRA AMCOS in the Atrium and doors are at 6pm.
